Return & Exchange Policy – Adam’s Silkline

At Adam’s Silkline, we carefully check every unstitched suit before dispatch. However, if you face any issue, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions.

Eligibility (Within 3 Days of Delivery)

You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged, stained, defective, wrong, or incomplete

  • The product received does not match what you ordered

  • The parcel was received open or unsealed (inform us immediately)

The item must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • With labels, tags, and accessories intact

Size / Preference Change

As we deal in unstitched suits, size issues do not apply.
However, exchange for personal preference (colour choice change, mind change, etc.) is not applicable.

Proof Requirement (Very Important)

In case of any damage or defect, you must share clear pictures or videos of the product within 3 days of delivery.
Without proof, the claim will not be processed.

Exchange Process

Once your claim is approved:

  • Our team will arrange a courier pick-up from your doorstep, or

  • Guide you on the nearest courier dispatch method

Sale / Discounted Articles

Products purchased on sale or discount can only be exchanged if:

  • You received the wrong or damaged product.

Colour & Texture Disclaimer

Due to lighting during photography and screen differences, slight colour or texture variation may occur.
Exchange or return is not applicable for this reason.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Accessories or add-ons (if any)

  • Items purchased on clearance

  • Products damaged after use

Applicable Area

This policy applies to orders delivered within Pakistan only.
